ZGMC Alpha standings

The ladder,
written down.

Every key the crates pack has paid, every dragon kill and every block of ore behind them. The ladder is ordered by keys earned, because that is what the ladder is priced in; the second tab is everything else the game counted — time played, blocks moved, monsters and deaths. When the live board answers, this page updates from it and keeps the dated snapshot as the fallback when it does not.

Counted

What the table means.

A copper key is paid once when a pad is claimed, and once for every advancement you complete. A silver key costs four diamond ore, a gold key one ancient debris, and a diamond key one dragon kill. Diamond ore means both stone and deepslate variants, because the silver ledger sums both; a remainder of one to three ore stays banked. Those are the same sources the crates pack reads in game — the page does not invent a second scoring system. Keys can also be traded up at the Exchanger in the hub, three rungs deep; this table counts keys earned, so a traded key is not double-counted here.

Keys, not crates opened

The pack records openings for the crate row as a whole, not per player, so a key is the last honest rung this table can read. An unopened key still counts as earned.

Ore is work, not rank

Dragon kills, diamond ore and ancient debris are shown beside the keys that they earned. They break ties and explain the totals; they do not add a second score.

Placed is an estimate

Minecraft counts item uses, not placements — the same counter takes a pickaxe swing and an empty bucket. Blocks placed is that count restricted to ids that are blocks, so it is close and it is labelled, and a dispenser's work is not in it.

Deaths are the game's total

A death record names the mob that killed you, never the cause. So “by a mob” is exact, and “other” is honestly everything else: the void, a fall, lava, drowning, another player. It is not a void counter and does not claim to be one.

The chip is a Discord role

A coloured chip beside a name is that player's highest Discord role, read from the account they linked in game — the same role their chat line is prefixed with. It is a label, not a rank: the ladder is still ordered by keys alone, and a player without a chip has simply not linked a Discord account, or holds no roles in the server.

A snapshot can age

The date above is when the scoreboard was read. A wipe, a reset or a busy evening after that read is not on this page until the snapshot is exported and uploaded again.
